800 gr Norwegian cod fillet

50 ml olive oil

2 cloves of garlic 

600 gr small new potatoes 

1 onion

Parsley to taste

Salt to taste

Rinse and cook the potatoes in salted water. Once cooked, smash them slightly using a spoon.


Place the Norway cod fillet in an oven dish with the potatoes, drizzle well with olive oil and cook in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. 


Julienne the onions, place in a frying pan with olive oil and sauté thoroughly. Finally serve the onion under the codfish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
